Sitting in the pits, testing is over for the day. What a beautiful day. Turn out is looking good, with more expected as the day/evening progresses. The Cities of Lakemore and Springfield put on a great show for the racers. If you are not planning on coming, your missing a great event. I have pictures for today and will take more this weekend. Will post when I can. Racers from Canada, NJ, PA, OH, MI

Good Morning from Akron!
Please accept my apology George, I know you are here, but your family, so I forgot to say VA. Also, Greg Lyons pulled in late last night. Pits are full, I see the Sweeney's and Holt has arrived as well. More later after drivers meeting. Will try and keep track of updates, and if I can get info from scorer I will post the info. Weather looks to be great, with a little wind. Could be a little problamatic if it keeps up. Right now racing can occur.

Sorry did not get results of all the racing, Saturday 4th set was postponed until Sunday morning due to wind delays. But boy oh boy did delay make for a great show on Sunday. A Hydro, Amy Sweeny, Nate Forshey and Tracy Trolian battled, and Amy won, Nate second, and Tracy in 3rd. Its is going to be one of the best races I believe at the nationals.
Jeff Brewster and Tom Smith rubbed wood and carbon fiber in their practice laps for the nationals. C hydro was a great race between Joe Silvestri, Jesse Ward and Joel Wiegel.
Turn out Saturday was 61 or so boats and a few more for Sunday. The Mod Nationals next week in Zanesville and then Grass Lake in a few weeks kept alot of racers home.
