Hey Jerk... we're just waiting for you to tell us about the Flats!! LOL

I know Team-SS-Racing enjoys seeing you folks run and we had a good time meeting Rich, Doc and catching up with you, Steve, Rory and the rest.

If I can make it to Ione (the team will be there) I'm up for that ride.

BTW - I'll try to get the Divisionals award winners posted up on the SLORA site this week and hopefully the full weekend club results will be on the way to me shortly as well.

I vote we put Boyd in charge of flatbottom results and posting them. Then he can only kick himself when it don't get done!

I want a ride and so does Kevin and of course if one of you Flatbottom boat drivers knows how to go SLOW my son Benjamin would love to go for a short slow ride. (he even has his own little lifejacket) He really enjoyed sitting in Doc's Boat and the Orange boat right next to us I feel horrible forgive me cause I have forgotten your name
Boy oh Boy did he light up sitting in those boats thank you for allowing him to do that.
Of course we could of done without the screaming fit when we took him out.

As Doc put it at the awards "This is a family a big family" and I Love It

Results were..........

who cares! Everyone had a blast! Winning an event has so little relavance to my fun and I think I speak for everyone of the flats. It's been great to see new racers come aboard and SLORA go forward with such a great event and correct course.

I know I geared for a shorter course which made the boat jump out of the turns and I even gave George Nordlings boat a run for the money twice but that 'Bad Animal' Steve and Jenny in the red Hondo were the fastest flat there. Great to see them back after a terminal engine explosion a few years back. By the way, this boat is a DRAG BOAT and not supposed to turn!! Amazing how our guys have adapted with the wrong old stuff! I couldnt be prouder.... I am afraid some flats wont be in Ione due to the date change. One will be the guy promising a ride. I will offer two rides in the raffle once again since my new motor runs on pump gas!
