I have not read anything on how Duke Johnson's Nephew is doing after his accident in C Serv Hydro. Any updates would be appreciated.

Walt had surgery above left ankle for cut tendon & muscle in Ft Wayne Sunday night. He has been on crutches all week and will see surgeon Monday in Ft. Wayne. He needs to take it easy for 3 more weeks and watch for infection. Hopefully back in boat in late July.

Thanks for the update Duke. My father and I did not see the accident, but wanted to make sure Walt was OK. Hope he has a fast recovery.

Hey Duke,
Any word on what you think might have caused Walt's flip? As I mentioned to you, he had just straightend up on the back stretch, coming out of the pits. The boat lifted on the left side, came down hard, dug in, and then rolled from left to right.
Tell him hello and we are thinking about him and hope you are right and we see you guys at Depue.
