Wanted: 44XS gear foot diagram / parts list.

  • Wanted: 44XS gear foot diagram / parts list.

    Anyone have an exploded view, parts list, maintenance and/or set up procedures that Mercury published on the Quick Silver gear foot? I've included a picture of same from the OMC A manual as a reference to what I'm looking for in the Merc.

      parts list

      I have a 44XS parts list and possible the shiming instruction for the "D" unit. Just looked at the 44XS exploded view of the foot and its the same as the "D" unit so I guess "D" instruction will work.

                D lower unit parts

                Your are welcome. The only thing I see that looks out of order is the part number 14, the bearing to gear shim, it should be betweeb the bearing and the gear not behind it as shown in diagram.
                If you need any parts for the foot let me know.
