Venango County Commisioners,

Approved was acceptance of an application for the power boat races at two mile run County Park over the Memorial Day weekend. Commisioner Janet Beichner voted against over environmental concerns regarding Justus Lake where the race would be held. (There's always one?)

These and many other sites come to us with allot of hard work from race members who go out prospecting for US.

They don't just make it to the schedule/calender by magic!

Many hours of travel/phone calls/ e-mails/ club meetings /and just plain hard work and determination go int'a secure'n a site were we are the minority of user's for 362-363 days of the season.

And then there's no guarantee that the site you worked so hard, and felt was so perfect for your freinds,....... will be promoted by a club or attended by......happy Racer's
