I e-mailed Jim Hightower yesterday to double check date and time. He in turn e-mailed my back...the capsule training at the Fife pool is today Saturday, March 14th from 3:30-6:30 and not tomorrow Sunday, March 15th as it shows on APBA's EAlert.
