Hi, I'm new to this forum but not hydroracing. Back in the '50s I raced outboard hydros in Ontario Canada. One of my favourites was a ScatCat that I built from, I believe, Popular Mechanic's plans. Now that I'm well retired and living lakeside I would like to build another ScatCat and run it around just for the memories. Are the plans still available? Thanks

check out this site... You'll find some common people likely and lots of info. Little more geared towards cottage fun... but lots of guys building PM boat and hydros.
