That looks like a boat built from the Challenger plans. Either Glen L or Clark Craft have these plans. They both have web sites.

Merc with expansion pipes

Yes, with a him in the boat it ran 85+ mph. As you can see she ran real nice. The boat was designed and build by my dad, one of many
