The Annual Meeting for Election of Directors was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by APBA President Mark Weber. Members present: Gloria Urbin, Cindy Minoletti, Patty Malec, Joanne Vollmer, Patty Langlois, Tana Moore, Sabrina Haudek.

APBA Auditor John Cleland’s report certifying the proxy vote was presented. President Weber cast votes pursuant to these proxies as follows:
