Here is a schedule of events for the Short Course Nats on Lake Shelbyville.
Friday will be testing and registration all day from 12-5.
Friday night from 4-7 will be a welcome reception at the Findlay American Legion. Welcome packets will be given out at the reception and they will have a Walley dinner or Hamburger dinner for $8.00. This is an opportunity for the public to meet the drivers. Drivers are encouraged to bring a boat and motor for display.
Sat will have testing from 9-10:30.
Sat at 9:30 am they will have a 5k run/walk leaving from the pit area.
Opening ceremonies will be at 11:00 am with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Sat at 11:30 will be a flyover of a National Guard Black Hawk helicopter.
Sat at 12:00 racing will begin.
All Short Course Nationals classes will be run on Sat.
Races conculde at 6:00 on Sat
There will be a Sunday morning worship service and cinnamon roll breakfast at the race site
Sunday no testing racing to begin at 12:00
Sunday will be a regular ponits race for NBRA
Along with our racing they will have many food and craft vendors and inflatable toys for the kids.
This is a really big event for our sponsors and we need all the support we can get. Prize money of $4,500 will be split $2250 for prize money and $2250 for tow money.
You must register to race both days to recieve tow money!!!!!! When you register for Sat racing the girls at registration will ask you how many miles you have driven. Please have that information ready when you register.
