Sounds like everyone left just in time. Severe storm damage throughout the county. Mother in law lives 30minutes from there and they have a garage roof where there was never a garage. Power is out all over and cars and houses have trees laying across them.
Hope the FLRC gang is doing OK!

I had a great time too. But then again I've never had a bad week-end at Crystal Lake, including off the course.
Thanks for all the hard work that went into thise event and I hope to be back next year.

The get together at the Salty "Dirty" Dog on Friday was fun, and dinner with everyone in the pits on Saturday was awesome, even the rain held off! A special thanks to our new Quebec friends, Lynn, Trudy, Wayne, Brant, and of course Pepe. You guys are totally awesome, and remember July race in Akron... we would love to have you! See you all real soon!

Hey Christine, Jeff, Abby & Austin - It was really great meeting you guys as well. This being my first year experience with outboard racing has been special. Everyone is very welcoming and make you feel like you have known them for years. I have had a blast thus far. Next weekend off to Kingston to Steve Noury's home race and I know none of my Canadian family will be there which is sad but I am sure we will still have a great time. I heard rumors that the Brewester's were heading down, can you clarify? Brant seems to think you said you would be skipping a weekend! It would be nice to see you guys there. Great pictures with Abby in her new boat! - Trudy signed in as Brant!
PS I belive you meant PeeWee not Pepe! (AKA Jocelyn Belanger)

I'll be there... so that's one of your Canadian brothers down in the New Hampshire woods. Or have I been assimilated?

PeeWee, Pepe,, yes that is the name! That great french accent! AND yes, we are coming to Kingston, boy, am I going to be tired. I will bring my wine I got from the winery to share.. looks like it may be a little cool in the evenings, we will need the warmth. Jeff and I will be in the tent and the girls in the trail blazer. See you there Trudy! We should be there mid day Friday.

Thats great news, only Wayne, Brant and myself are going, Line (french for Lynn) will not be coming along this weekend. Colin and Matthew are busy with hockey tryouts. I haven't heard what the weather will be so I will pack for warm and cool. We will also be tenting it again. See you Friday. We anticipate mid day arrival as well. Trudy

That would be Podium PeeWee. A third place finish for a guy not going to Crystal. What a blast, Glad to meet more of this great family. Jeff and his family sure made this race one to remember. The Canadian drivers put on a super showing at this 12th running regatta. Thanks to all for the hard work and see ya soon...
