I found this site (www.befunky.com) which allows you to take pictures and make them look like a cartoon or a sketch/drawing. The picture I attached took about 30 seconds to make, I added the blue circle with windows paint because I think that would be a nice bumper sticker or something. its all free, just click the save button and save it to desktop. Oh I also had to cut out the white boarder they put around it.
