Im soo excied, I am already here!! Haha The perks of living only a few miles from the race site. Anyways, we will be there with: AR, BR, B1R, CR, 80SH, AH, 102SH, CH, B1H, and DH.

It is indeed a shame that hardly anyone near Louisanna had heard of the race until last week. I'm in Ohio to get close to a race and plan on running Lock Haven Labor Day weekend. PLAN AHEAD. Sorry about that!

Ok, we should be out at the lake all day tomorrow testing and what not. I rode by the lake tonite after i picked up some food, and it looks real nice. The grass has been mowed and they have cleaned up a good bit. The water also seems to be at the perfect level aswell.

Ok well, we brought our trailer out today. The night time is actually a bit decieving. The lake is low. But not terribly low. The Bank is very nice at the moment. Nicer than i realized last night. Mr. David, we should be good on 4 cly. rides. I know myself, and Uncle Randy plan on running some. Aswell as the Sumralls, Cook, and I believe Will Hawkins aswell. So it may not be the biggest turn out but it will be a fun weekend to see everyone once again. And have some play time on the best lake to race on in the country.

Where is this race located?

Location

Alexandria LA is the bigger town right across the lake. Pineville LA is the town the lake is on the map I believe. If you get into Alexandria, just go across the bridge to the lake and you can't miss it. Small local private airport is on one end as well.

Lake Buhlow

Yes, we are so excited to be able to race without traveling 12 hours to get to a race! I know this race is a last minute race, but we do plan on racing and having some fun. Lake Buhlow is a great site to race at. We will try to get more races here for next racing season. See ya there tomorrow, John, and the rest of you who are coming. Have a safe trip in!

I just talked to Rotten Ralph and he still doesn't know if he's going to be able to get off work or not (he's on an on call 7 days a week job right now). He'll be there if he can.

It's the best race course in the South. If we don't get 10 boats in SEH, someone is gonna miss an easy grand. That would pay a lot in my in my book. I'll be there, hopefully with a running motor.
