  • How about these pants and sleeves?

I've been reading the motorcycle mags recently and came across these, at first glance it appears they would be an alternative to the hot bulky sleeves and pants that we currently use

I always thought growing up would be cool, I was wrong!
The other day GG laughed at me because I take more pills a day than she does....

Interesting find....wonder what Pat Gleason has to say ....I know a couple Ellison boys who might have a few less scars if we had some of these for the dirt bikes!!

I also know somebody who would have more than one and half butt cheeks, not that I had much of a butt to begin with

        Sure

The rules state "cut resistant material" and does not specify Kevlar for obvious lawsuit possibilities. (not tradename infringment).

          actually . . .

draggin' jeans ain't all that airy and cool. They've been around for many years and do well on road abrasion skid tests. Jeans do okay for road abrasion as well, and "broken in" jeans do better than fresh off the Wal Mart shelf jeans. None of them, including Draggin Jeans prevent what is known as "impact abrasion."

Better off sticking to cut resistant gear in wild easy to see colors. We're not in the gear very long anyway - maybe ten minutes average.

Bill, I was looking at the "long johns" rather than the jeans. Not saying better
or worse, just an alternative to what we're using now.
Besides, if we stuck with what works, I wouldn't be tripping over the 6 FA's, the A Looper, the 2 Yamatos or the 350 Konigs that are collecting dust in the garage
