Quick question for everyone who has been doing this longer than me.(3 yrs.)
What is a good size bottom fin, length and depth? and turning fins as well? im running the Top-O again with a new boat and need something good for the rivers and lakes with 1 to 4 foot waves.

Hey Kurt, your new boat is a Ropp copy right? If so, I hear those boats run best with a 9"x2" bottom fin and two chine fins 4"x2".

Thats funny Nick... cause I use D boats as my turn fins... I especially like the blue ones with 140m on the side.

            "Get in my belly!!"

I bet i'll have you beat... I've already put on 20#'s since the wedding a month ago. I'm going to be like a big tanker plowing through the Indian... the only chance I have is clog the channel so nobody can pass. I'm even going to mount the big yellow and red emergency hazzard lights on my boat so other drivers see the tanker coming...

                            Man that's good!

No doubt... the funniest thread I've seen yet. Nick and Josh, you guys are the best. I don't know Josh, you didn't look that big when I saw you last. And when did you learn to go through the snot while standing. I've always been impessed with your driving in the Indian, but this really takes the cake.
Thanks guys. On a more serious note, both Kurt and I, as well as Pat Whitman got in a nice test session at Kampkurz this evening and the new Ropp respectfuls seem to go really well. Ran my marathon tanks and all is well.
Josh, talked to Dustin. He wants to test...Right on.
Hey Nick lets ride bikes and stop off for a few donuts. Kampkurz

Well I won't be making it this year to Top-O and I'm going to miss all of you, especially getting beat 2 years in a row by Kurt. Last year he beat me by one point for 6th place and the year before on Sat he beat me by a boat link. Kurt keep the deck on this year,Dustin keep the bottom side wet, Pat watch out for the channel markers and Mark you can take my spot this year and have a great time. This year I'm going to NY and I can't do both.
