Yes I will more than likely be at the Worlds. I do not know if I will have my new 125 done by then. But I will go to help out as needed. And just to let you know, if I am there I will be pit crewing for Yvonne. As she is driving for my good friends.

Whitney Point

We had the pleasure of having Ray do the calling at last year's Mod Nationals at Zanesville. He is a master at it and a great guy to work with. He is really into it and doesn't miss a beat. Bob Saxvic does agreat job but since he has not been doing it on a regular basis his voice wears down after some time but when he is on, I have never heard anything like it. He has truely missed his calling. He had people so worked up last year at Curwensville they would have signed a long tern contract.

Rodda the Great

Ray has announced at the Huntington IN Mod races the last few years as well. Not only do I consider him an Expert at announcing, he is a pretty good guy to boot. He takes time to talk to you and usually knows a little something about you when announcing, and that adds to the expertise, he does not just call them as he sees them.

Another good one that rarely gets in front of the microphone is Rich Welch. He announced a flight at Constantine last weekend, and did a fantastic job, his voice lends well to the audience, he even had me pumped up to watch.

Congrats to Luce if he got Ray on board for Whitney. Now get the spectators there and they will be entertained and KNOW what is going on. Ray fills downtime real well.

A PA system is definitely not needed with Scott..........But he's the best announcer around if you ask me........not a bad referee either (with some help)
