Great photo Craig. It's about time you discovered technology and posted a photo. We are proud of you!

If you've learned to post a photo (which I have yet to accomplish) then you can now respond to the unanswered e mails I've sent you, Bob and Weave, over the past few YEARS!?! ASH formerly known as 60-0

Sure looks like it, Dean. However, I don't remember seeing any dubinski's before 1963..Maybe Eric will tell us.

                Hedland?

I thought it was a Hedlund?

                    My Guess

Is that it is a Pugh and the Konig is a 250 "FA".

Man, Art has been a particpant in PRO racing forever!!!

Looks like a B or C to me, and Art probably built the boat himself.

                          Where is Eric?

What ever happened to Eric Pugh? He used to post here alot. He could probably tell us for sure what kind of boat it is.

BTW, I can just barely remember Art racing, back in the mid 60's. One of his sons (long since forgot his name, I think it was his oldest) was hurt pretty badly at Depue (sometime around 1969-1971) I think testing an alky going down the back stretch.

                            Amazing Resemblance

                            "Is it a Pughburger?"

It is an amazing resemblance to a Hedlund, but I know that Pugh(Art) would never copy anyone's design.

                            Brand-X!

The oldest son, Alex, about 16 years old at the time as I recall, was running a Konig on one of his dad's "Pughburger's" and blew over testing. It was about dusk, I was there at our camp site up on the football field and heard it, I didn't see it. Motor running perfect, about 10,000 rpm, and then a quick momentary increase in rpm as the boat came out of the water and then silence. I knew instantly what had happened.

People ran from all directions to the ramp to see if they could help when Alex was brought in. All I can remember is that he was badly hurt.
