Was with George Luce this weekend in Millville. He says he will be at Franklin with the full FLEET of equipment. I believe he will have at least two of those DMR monsters with him! He put three of them on the water at Millville including a new one he built for Bob Rusnak.

Franklin race info

Hey guy's and gal's I'm new to the east coast(Philly,PA). Been around boat racing my whole life-just moved from the midwest. I am making plans to attend the Frankilin race. Just need a little info. Where is the race site located? Local hotels? Do all classes run both days?
Hope to meet some new racing friends here on the east coast.
Though I no longer drive I still like to get involved, guess it's in the blood.

Below is map quest from Phily to Franklin. The lake is about 2 miles outside of Franklin. There are 2 hotels in Franklin, a Super 8 and a Quality (I think). All classes run once each day. Also at Franklin there will be testing on Friday.

Just a couple of quick corrections......The Franklin race site is on Justice Lake in a county park called 2-Mile Run Park. It is closer to 6 miles north of the Town of Franklin. There are a couple of B & B's in town, too as well as the two motels that Brian mentioned. The internet is the best place to shop for accomodations. Also, the park had a couple of cottages that they rent out by the night.....that may have changed with the new park management group. Try the web?!

Sorry, FER will not be running at Franklin. The schedule of classes are listed and we will not be able to make any changes to that for this year. Thanks for understanding.
