MOD pickle fork rule question.............

so, as the 08 rule book states, any NEW boat built after Nov 07 for MOD, must have the rounded pickles, no problem, understand that. But, if a NEW boat is built for STOCK after Nov 07, can it still be raced in MOD legally, even if it does not conform to the MOD picklefork rule?

such as a new boat is built Jan08 for CSH, can it still be raced in CMH (or whatever CC it is called) legally??

It must meet the MOD rule if you race it in the MOD catagory.
Better get out the hack saw.
