          OLD MAN ? Nah, you are only as old as you feel Rick, and I don't feel very old today ....Heck, after my nine hour day at work I'm going for my daily 4 mile run with the Dog,then a few push-up's and some crunches..Might even catch the evening tide for short surfing sesion. then BBQ a couple stakes and settle down and watch a nice Hockey game with my girl.....Life is good!
