Rule Changes On Ballots:

There should be an additional rule. Racers that don't have enough brains to make there own decision and have to go to Hydroracer for help deciding how to vote should be required to wear a shirt that says "Jackass" for one season. Second offenses are where we shove a 2X4 up there azz's and have them walk throught the pits like a freeze pop.

Further more racers that lobby on the internet to gather votes for a rule change in there class thinking they are making a difference should be subjected to a manditory IQ test prior to APBA membership and one year of working with Ed Hearn as a volunteer at the Hair Club For Men.
