Need Pro Drivers Opinion

Hey guys and gals of the Pro ranks could someone tell us what type of speeds we are looking at in this video. Listening to the audio the driver appears to be wide open in the straight but then again I have never driven a Pro boat so its hard to tell.

That's just Giuseppe fooling around on the river near to his place.

I'd say that the speeds quoted are about right in this instance. A couple of years back when they raced at Sacca di Colorno (just a stone's throw away down the same river) there were several of the Italians clocked at 160 - 164kph (100 and a bit mph) and I think the quickest was 168kph

And the length of the straightaways at both Sacca and San Nazarro......about 800m
