Way to get your numbers back

Depending upon your cell provider, you can take your broken phone to the dealer, i.e. Verizon Wireless, and they can get the numbers for you.

Also, on many phones, except for the verizon phones, there is a memory card, it is like the hard drive. Take your phone in and they not only can download all of your phone numbers but also your past text messages, and more. It is called a Sim card

If you wireless provider will not back up the numbers for you, you can also buy a Sim card recovery device which is about $70. You can get this device on http://www.shareme.com/details/mobil...retrieval.html. This device will retrieve all of your numbers, your past text messages received and sent, and more.

I hope that this helps. Have a good new year.

              Or . . .

if the phone has a SIM card, merely remove it and insert SIM in a new phone. Might work unless "broke" means injured phone was dropped in the toilet which is how an amazing percentage of cell phones die a sparkily death

                Thanks!

Well, I do have Verizon, and they don't use SIM cards. BUT I did have the backup assistant with Verizon, which saves all your contacts online, and you can upload them to your new phone. Well..... I forgot my PIN for the backup assistant, so when I tried to get all my contacts, I made a new PIN and apparently lost all 250 contacts! I felt a little lost without all my numbers! I'm slowly but surely getting some numbers back!
