Anyone know who this is???

I saw an ad when I was a kid with what I thought was a D hydro on it. Can anyone tell me who this is, and if there was an ad with a stocker on it?

It is Lee Bartolomei, 350 or 500 Pugh hydro. The Bartolomei boats were always painted a turquoise green color. For the photo shoot red contact paper was applied. The negative was reversed also.
