  • Lake hazard !!!!

How would you like to hit this out on the lake testing?
This Sturgeon was caught on the Black River at South Haven Michigan last week.(June)
It weighed out at over 1,000 lbs and measured out at 11'1". It was 56" around the girth and took over 6 and a half hours
and 4 dozen beers for the 4 guys taking turns reeling.

      Gaters too

A couple years ago I was talking with the 250cc competition from Florida about testing. He said he dinged his good prop on something in the water, maybe a gater. I said what if you hapened to fall out. His eyes got real wide and said "you do not want to fall out!"

        Then there's Kamikazi fishing . . .

Buncha guys were zooming around the inshore sound behind Cape Lookout, NC when a 289 pound spotted ray flew outta the water and did a Kamikazi run on their center console boat. Ray - dead on impact. Boat - $5000 damage. Guys - a bit slimy but unharmed. Rumor has it alcohol was involved

Those pesky rays should know better than to drink and fly!

I was once water skiing in a northern Minnesota lake. While down in the water, I saw a Northern Pike swim past me that must've been 5 feet long!

I didn't ski any more that day.
