So who in the region 7 area is going to the DePue Pro Nats to race or crew or spectate??

Need a boat racing fix since we're not going to Washington. Mike and I are thinking of going down Fri and hitting the OLD FARTS reunion and spectating or crewing for who will have us(mostly me).

Lori Allen, I can sponge fo Billy if need be!!!!!!!! But I know your a professional at this needed crew task!!!

Heard the Schertz team might be there, Sever/Pickle team?/ Nydahl also.

Allens going for K-Pro maybe?????

Plan is to van and camp! Lo-cost trip! Whats the deal on this, where do we go?

The last Pro Nats I went to was Winona, MN in 1976 on my way back to College! I was impressed! But it was only my 4th summer racin. So anything new was really neat.

Lookin forward to seeing this event, and so is my son Mike!

I live just one hour from DePue. I usually go to spectate for at least one day every year.
Lots of great racing, but my favorite event by far is 1100 runabout! It's hard to imagine racing that fast in a runabout and NOT be the one who's driving!
You'll probably find me at the beer garden or the DePue Men's club food stand.
PS, it's usually hotter than he** there every year! Be sure to drink lots of fluids. Did I mention I'll be in the beer garden?

1100 runabout......

Good choice on crowd pleasers...........I get the honor of Deck riding for Tim Chance this year at Depue. I am very excited and look forward to the time on the course. Tim is a great driver who has been away for a while but is going to do well. I haven't been in an 1100 runabout since I was 16 at Lakeland where I was instructed to sit down, shut up and hold on. I wonder if 'Ballast' is a legitimate entry on a resume?.............
