          house trohies

I dunno, we had a whole basement full of 'em until a couple years ago mom made dad get rid of a lot of them. Anything that wasn;t first place or top three at a nationals was automatically out the door. Unless of course it was a unique design and mom thought it was cool looking. But the walls are still plastered...

My grandpa has a trophy that's also a book end and we have that in the bookshelf!

It would be really awsome to have a hydro for a couch though- or like a D runabout with a matress inside. If I ever have kids-that's what they're sleeping in-screw cribs!

              Wish I had a picture.....

Up-side-down BSH made a lovely coffee table for newly-weds long time ago. Only place we had to store it was in the living room. Had to really squish by to get to the other rooms.

                Fla. Wasn't Too Bad---

                Hey WARBS---
Sorry I missed the reg. 7 mtg. We had to go to fl. for an antique boat show and 3 boat races. The weather was perfect, 75-80 daily and 50's at night. I'm glad you had lousy weather up here cause usually when I head south it gets warm up here.

Central Fl. was really hurting for rain. The lake at Inverness was so low the guys built a walkway to get over the muck and out to decent lake bottom. It was quite a challenge but it worked o.k.

Inverness had a neat LITTLE course. Don Mackrell got some great shots and has them posted on this site. He even got a shot of my new no. 81.

Spunky, make sure that old guy[dad] reads this.
