I bet it was more "exciting" to Clint Bowyer than any other driver.

        Daytona 500

Mark got the shaft! Yellow should of flew. Their last laps look like the race to the first turn of CSH.

            No Way!

There is no way Martin got the shaft! It would have been great to see him win but it would have been a shaft to the fans to throw the yellow. It was the last lap of the Daytona 500 and you had two cars fighting it out, let them finish the right way...BY RACING. Also Harvick could have won even if they threw the yellow...u don't know where the scoring monitors are.

Bakersfeild, CA's own, KEVIN HARVICK!!!! If they through the flag at the moment of the wreck, Harvick still would have won.

                Disgruntled ex-teamate?

Why would the 17 push the 29 into the lead?
At least the 5 tried to block.
Bad feelings for Martin leaving Roush?
I don't think it matters what lap it is, if there's a crash, the yellow should fly, PERIOD!

Remember the old days when you won racing 60mph, finishing under the yellow.

How about the truck race, 3 wide over the finish

                        Bummer...

I feel Nascar made the right call, but I sure wish Mark could have got that one!

I have a question about the truck race for my fellow racing fans. Why was Benson allowed to pass on the inside and go below the yellow line to finish second?

He was to far behind to help Martin. Kinda hard to help the leader when your in 10th.

The 17 got a little "push" from the 31 (who's team mates with the 29). Does that answer the question?

Great race. All of them over the week, were. Ed.

Actually it was more a rhetorical question than anything. There's not much letting up on the last lap, even if you do, you don't slow down much. The car in first can be a sitting duck.

So now it's ok to race to the finish with a wreck going on? Not very consistent with NACSAR's own rules. The difference in $ per position is huge, so it benifits the drivers to push through a wreck without the yellow flying.

18W, the 17 restarted 8th, when the 17 pushed the 29 he was in 4/5 position and when the wreck started the 17 was in 3rd.
