  • Get Well Soon Mandy

I know many of you know my little sister Amanda. Well last night she was taken to the emergency room after she fell from a 15 foot drop off our roof. I know you're thinking, how did she manage that, she did though. She originally thought her right leg was broke so finally being her stubborn self decided she would have someone take her to the ER. After checking everything out it was determined that she broke her back. She fractured her 3rd lumbar? and fractured a disc in the lower back. Since her legs were numb and tingling they are taking extra precautions. She is still being kept over night. I know she will be fine, but I am sure that she would love to hear from her other family. If you would like to call her tonight or tomorrow you can call: 906-225-2805. Lets all pray for a fast recovery for her.

    Love you sis!

Mandy, I just got off the phone with Jill and see told me what happened. Being the tuff kid you are, I am sure you will heal fast. You'll have to have your brother wait on you now. By the way, what the H - -L were you doing on the roof ? Get better soon. Miss your smile. Jerry

        I tried

I tried three or four times to call you the last couple of hours, but (not stereotyping) the line was busy. Who would think??? All kidding aside...Amanda, the boys and I wish you a speedy recovery. Hope to see you and the family next year at Stock Nationals, and maybe at the National Meeting (California), and Winter Nationals (also California).

Take care, from the rainy northwest (that is what we would like the rest of the world thinks)

Hope you feel better soon girl.

I'm sure you had a good reason to be up on the roof, (cleaning the gutters, patching the holes in the roof, putting on new shingles, installing a dish antenni, saving the neighbors cat, sneeking out at night, scouting for Indians, ect). So whatever good reasons there was that you to be up there, next time PLEASE BE MORE CAREFULL !!!!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear about your accident. I'm saying a prayer for you! Let me know if you have any questions, I've learned a bit about spinal injuries these last few months.

                    Take care,
