  • Jillian Graduates

The time is come once again to say to my baby, congrats. Jill graduated from High School last night. It wasn't long ago she was riding in a car seat, and now she's driving her own car and racing boats. Nineteen years ago she blessed my life when times were not so great. It was her that got me through the tough times. She always told me, " thanks for being there for me" when in fact it was her that was there for me. She has been the star in my life. Thank you Jill for being a great kid. Thank you to Stacy Runne who drove 6 hours to be there for her friend.

See you all at Wakefield !!!

    A Proud Dad

What a great happening! I too have fond memories of this talented young lady. It was at Wakefield a few years ago that she loaned me her sweatshirt to try for a size check. Her racing is intense and her personality is a inspiration. Congratulations to her and to you proud parents.

Congratulations Jillian and Jerry. The words you shared about your relationship will mean so much to her, we should all take the time to enjoy our children while we have them around and before they get caught up in life.

I know exactly how you feel, Jerry. Our son graduated from High school last Saturday. Seems like they grow up too quick, huh?
I am sure Jillian will be successful with anything she decides to do with her future because of the great person she is. Her ever present smile puts everyone around her in a "happy mode"...........I got to see that first hand at Franklin. And what a super job she did singing the National Anthem at the race in Franklin! I kept waiting for the jets to fly over........

                You're a lucky man, Jerry

                  Way to go!

Congratulations Jilly bean. If I had a daughter I'd want her to......OOPS well you know what I mean (sorry girls I forgot!). Thinking about it now, We can all be very proud of ALL the kids at the races. This generation of young boat racers can not be complimented enough for their character, intellect, and sportsmanship. We are truly blessed and honored to have all of you kids follow in our footsteps. You are what makes this sport one of a kind.

                    Congrats Jill,

We didn't go to Waterford this weekend as Jonathan graduates tonight.

As for time flying, it seems like only yesterday that I started Jonathan in JSH , and now he's driving, and graduating....... wow where does the time go?????

                      Kick butt girl!!!

Congrats Jill! Now you can focus on the cool stuff, like car insurance, a mortgage, electric bills, and 401k! Just joking dude, awsome accomplishment. I know kind of what your dad is saying, cause when you come out from behind a trailer in the pits, there's a smile ear to ear! And it just kind of makes my day when someone is always so happy. Your an awsome friend and it's always fun sliding around the turns with you... Congrats again, see you in Thompson.
