Antique Outboard Question?

I have a retired Inboard racing friend, who has an old outboard he would like to know if it has value to a collector.

The motor is a Neptune model # OB32AC serial # 1120
He says it still runs, and I have som pics but I have no scanner to download.
Anyone able to give me some info on this motor and is it worth anything?

Some of those old neptunes are desirable, at least as much as some inboards are.
