Ballot Results Final MOD, PRO, OPC...............

APBA posted the final ballot results on the home page of the website on 4/5/2016 by Cindy at the home office. I tried to attach the PDF files here but could not get them to load because they are to big??. It would appear the new rule changes will be in effect on 5/5/2016, 30 days after publication by the home APBA office.
