Are you using a free or paid version of avast? I just started using the free version

Its a PDF File and it opens fine for me I have Avast at work and McAfee at home and no problems at all.

So just to be sure, I have deleted the old PDF and installed a new one. It also opens fine for me.

-comes up fine this AM. W8.1, free FireFox and free AVAST.
Could be just AVAST wanting to sell their HD version ?
