Region 4 Car Racing Fans, PROFESSIONAL MOTORSPORTS RETURN TO WASHINGTON, D.C.

Herndon, VA (April 2, 2014) — Volkswagen of America, Inc. and Andretti Sports Marketing announced today that they have joined forces to bring professional motorsports back to the Washington, D.C. area in extreme fashion with Volkswagen Rallycross DC. This is the third round of the 2014 Red Bull Global Rallycross Series, to be held June 21-22 and televised live on NBC on June 22. The two-day event, which will take place on the grounds of RFK Stadium, promises to be one of this summer’s most exciting events in the D.C. area.
