More Photo Testing

Ok need to do a little testing here.

These are all photos of my car, as it's the first set of pictures I have to hand.

Firstly I'll put all four of them as thumbnails in a gallery...this is with the "Camera" icon.

I'm struggling with the photos and need some help. I am finding I can only load one photo at a time. If I select more than one only one of the bunch shows up. then I have to edit to load the other photos. What am I doing wrong? Step by Step instructions would be great

Hi Sean

You can upload more than one into any post but but you can't multi-click a selection in one go.
You would click the little attachment icon over to the right (third icon from right, next to the A).
Then click the "Upload Attachments" button that appears on the left.
You can keep clicking this to upload more and more attachments up to a maximum of (I think) 6 per post.
You also get a series of "Insert" links that you can use to embed them directly into your post at the point the cursor sits.

Hey Teresa........glad to see the home page is looking more like the old home page every day with the 'threads' front in center in a clean simple format. Great stuff. Any way to possibly get the quick links put in a box on the home page like you use to have. Links to like AOF, NBRA. APBA SOcial, Brown Machine etc etc. That was always a nice feature.

Matt, Thanks for the kudos, we are learning to work in our new environment and trying to get as much of a familiar feel as we can. We realize that we won't be able to please everyone.

As you can see we have lost some of our "real estate" that we used to use for such things. It was decided to make sure that paid advertisers were supported first. SORC decided not to support hydroracer.net this year so all links were place gratis. Although one could ask when might we see a link on the APBA site and those of the other organizations? Did you know that part of the ranking of a website is based on how many other sites link to it. We have certainly done our part in the past to elevate other sites rankings.

It would be nice if all our Boatracing websites would offer links to each other since we are all one big family............no doubt the advertisers come first!! I keep seeing the hydroracer ad on the Home Page for Asian Chicks looking for boat racers. Wonder if they take Visa. Lol.

I've seen the "Asian Babes" advert as well....

Links - as Teresa says, any can be added back, the home page has quite a bit of flexibility, should the site owners decide to add anything they can do so and I'll happily assist if required.

too funny, Mike just got the same ad on his computer. Me I am still getting computer and car related ones,. Guess I need a new car! (Although more likely a new computer!)
