Need help with a new project

My son-in-law informed me the other day that he and my Grandson Alex have decided he needs a hydro bed. I have it designed out, what i need help with is a throttle and steering wheel. If you have any old ones in whatever shape that I can have or buy cheap I'd really appreciate it (and so would Santi and Alex .
