A name not on the list but should/could have about 6 times was Mike Motherway. Always the bridesmaid......

Another suprise...you don't see the 31-V of Sam Labanco.

Pretty sure that was his number.

First time I took notice of this class was when Louis Howard was winning everything. His boat was rather unique looking. And small. I believe he was 12-M before Dean. Who's got that answer?

        Bridesmaid

Between Dad and I, we have about 4-5 bridesmaid trophies.

        I hate that class

Lou was 12-M. I also owned 2 Howard Craft hydros. One of them I built along with Lou in his garage, we built 2 of them side by side. Was a great experience and it/he tought me how to "repair boats" for the future. LOL

Here is a picture of Lou 12-M and the boat I built.

yep, Sam (31V) was close too, but not like Motherway. Just goes to show you how difficult it is to achieve this list - bravo to those on here more than once.

              25ss

this is getting off subject but how fast were the good 25ss rigs? Those boats sure look small..... Not much of a surprise that Don would be driving one!

I won the first heat...not sure where Dean was.

I got 4th in the 2nd heat...I think Dean won that heat.

Water was a bit snotty. I nearly crashed out front in heat 1 in the rough turn. Breaking loose a bit on the backstretch too.

Never been so glad to have a race be over and done with.
