  • Bill Giles update...

Bill underwent emergency open heart surgery at St. Elizabeth's hospital in Brighton, Massachusetts Thursday. He started the day complaining of chest pain, being sweaty and dizzy. Brenda called an ambulance and Bill was transported to his local hospital. After determining that he was bleeding internally, he was air lifted to Brighton. Brenda informed us that Bill had leakage at the aorta that had to be repaired. He will remain in ICU until he is off the critical list. Please keep Bill, Brenda, Beth and Doug in your thoughts and prayers.

Like everyone else, I'm so surprized

Bill, you will be in my prayers and thoughts until you return home. Now I know why I couldn't get a hold of Bill last night after trying to call him 3 or 4 times.

Those of you in Region 1 with the latest information please help keep the rest of us that aren't so close as up to date as possible.

                      Get well soon

Bill hope you mend fast, you need to be back in that C hydro! You're too young to let this keep you down long. Hope to see you at the races as soon as possible. I'm sure Brenda will agree with that! Our prayers are with you.
