Thanks!
We have so many people to thank for their help in getting us to this event! We really couldn't have done it without their help. Josh and I will get an article written up for the Propeller magazine with photos and credits.
You all are gonna love my helmet cam video! I'll get some clips posted in about a week.

Are you "W" boys watching this... Great idea for for the awards banquet in Wakefield this summer, just don't tell my wife! The Davids boats were complete on time but the shipping got complicated and they still haven't left Virginia, so there they sit in the shop. GLFuture J dad!

Important question guys... How was the beer?
This event was really awesome. It has been really cool watching the progress of the boats on facebook and following as much as I could with my limited understanding of the language. It would be amazing if we could get people even half as fired up over here for an event like this. I understand that it is hard with so many other diversions, but it sure is nice to see boat racing going strong somewhere. Way to go to all of you. Especially Nelson and the rest of the Ecuadorians that made it possible.

The marathon is a tradition Guiayaquil Vinces expected by all drivers and the village where the boats pass, I'm happy with the career of Jeff and Josh and the people of Vinces and are the true champions, thanks friend.
