Jack,
Best wishes and a speedy recovery. I had one replaced 4 years ago and it really improved my quality of life. Wish I hadn't waited as long as I did. It also lets me enjoy boat racing a little longer since I laydown now.
Be well,
Brent Simmons
Hi Jack:
I agree with Brent. I had this done 2 years ago and it does make life a lot better. I did not lose any mobility. First months after surgury your doctor may not let you do so things. But I was in my kayak 2 months after surgury just had to be a little careful how I bent my leg.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and see you back in action soon.
LOL
Ski season is just about over and racing season is not quite here (at least in some parts of the country). Gives you time to recup and we hope it's an easy one. To help - threat or promise - Dave has some antique parts he's willing to donate if you need any other replacements. Hope we'll see you soon.
