Me hat is off to the Region 11 Had a Great time at Lake Miden last weekend . Meeting new fellow racers and some great people. All boat are back in Spokane and ready for a busy winter. It has been a great year. Got back to Spokane at 5:30 in the moring and got kyle on a bus about 10. Was a long day. The down side was at about 12.30 am a elk was I think was hitching a ride on the road and ran into my truck at 55 mph for the elk don't know but for the truck not good no one was hurt all boat are good . 65 miles out of Bigg jct 38 dregess in short not fun . Truck still made it home it is resting now. Will be back to race another day. Love CAlifornia thanks again great race site interesting course great people Dennis Westby

besides rear ending a car,axle breaking on trailer causing small brush fire,boats being towed in 4 times crashing into embankment when motor came loose like wise met some great people thanks to buzz,tony truillo sorry i know misspelled,kyle lewis,mike menter,to all who help in working on my brothers boats we were from region 12 so we had the long drive home to got home at 3 am despite all the bad breaks will definately be back next year love racing at region 11 events have a great off season hope to see you all next year

I would also like to thank the race committee for an awesome time down there. Dennis and I had a blast coming down and racing in some warm weather, for the most part lol. A little bit of rain never bothers a Washington kid!

I appreciate Derek and Brad's help this weekend, as well as Steve and Pam Wilde for the A ride! That was cool running a little boat again this year.

And my hat is off to Alex and everyone at the bar-be-que for raising over 1000 dollars for Dan, Jean and Coco. This is what racing is all about!
