  • Hurricane Earl . . .

I did not like it when the storm dudes decided to add male names to the hurricane list. Like boats, hurricanes should always be named after females, but wait!

Hurricane Earl. Perfect. I'm thinking about Hydroglobe17J of course - Earl. Fast, feisty, and always ready to rumble. Well, Earl, your namesake hurricane is up to Cat 4 and headed right for the North Carolina coast. Knowing how you like a good time - wish you were here!

      Thrust Brackets & Racing

      JT,
Mr. Brown at BTM pulled out all the stops and got the two thrust brackets made and shipped to us in time. We received them Monday! (Thanks Alan!)

Looks like we will make it to Lock Haven tomorrow....the storm will just graze our area.

Thanks for the offer to pull the thrust bracket off your boat so we could race....you're the best!

      Cheers,
      Fred

I would love to be there with you Bill having a couple cool ones! I'm not afraid of anything and that should mean I'm crazy or special. I hope this hurricane calms down like I do when Rich Runne or John Runne talk nice to me!

Might want to rethink the ASH ride for Darling Granddaughter. She took my daughter's Tigershark PWC for a ride last weekend and rolled it! And she thought it was major fun going upside down!

Hurricane Earl must have had a chat with John Runne `cause he's tamed down to Cat 3 and turned north. Probably heard that Boston has a better beer and is trying to make Boston for Friday night happy hour...

              Earl was nice . . .

Unlike our Earl who walks the talk, Hurricane Earl kinda wimped out. Hatteras Island took a good blow, but the rest of us coastal critters just got some rain and a fresh breeze.

                JT's boat barn . . .

Kinda looks like my garage - bigger, but I think I could match you for stuff volume. Some things never change - my garage has always been a shocking mess.
