One of our EMT's is also a dental hygenist and had this neat idea to provide services to disadvantaged families in the area. Pepsi has this grant process and we have watched Theresa move from 250 something to position 21.
Money is awarded to the top ten. Please would you guys all take a few minutes and register and vote for her idea! I think your votes could push this over the top!. Thank you guys and gals, this is a service that is really needed in our area.

I am participating in the Pepsi Refresh Everything Challenge for a chance to win a $25K grant. Please help he win by voting for her Fresh Idea! There are only 4 days left to vote but you have to vote ALL 4 DAYS!! I started at #225 and am now at #21. Goals
• improve the dental health of underserved children and mothers.
Overview
I plan to purchase equipment and supplies needed to set up a Dental Hygiene Service within a small rural medical clinic in Thompson Falls Montana that would see 1000 children and young mothers that otherwise may not have access to basic preventive dental hygiene treatment, oral health and home care products and instruction and fluoride treatment on a regular basis. The money received from a $25000.00 grant would cover the set up costs of purchasing treatment equipment and supplies, renting a facility to operate the service from and running the whole operation for one year.
Deliverables:
Dental Hygiene care to 1000 children and young mothers at the cost of $25.00 for each child and mother seen.
