Helmet 50% rule

Just wondering if we will be able to use Joe's helmet at Tabor City next weekend. It was brought to my attention last night that it may not meet the 50% rule.


Otis has offered a cheeseburger to take possesion of this custom painted gem if the referee throws it out.
