    Hi Teresa, Welcome aboard! I
I've been around for a long while, so I know, how hard it can be for us women-sometimes. You sound warm, strong, and creative, so you will do great. However, here are some words of wisdom for the men on Hydroracer:

Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater. If you giver her sperm, she’ll give you a baby. If you give her a house, she’ll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she’ll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she’ll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any c**p, be ready to receive a ton of s**t.

That is no lie you nailed it on the head Connie. And just remember she is our county coroner and registered EMT so as we say here, "If she can't save you she can pronounce you".

Tread lightly she carries a big stick. Take it from a person who has been married to her for 33 years.

Right now she is instructing future EMT's but I am sure she will have something to say when she gets home.

Remember we are a family site boys and girls!

I do indeed carry a large stick. I am looking forward to working on the site, and learing more about all of you. In fact I was gone all day and I have to say by 1:00 in the afternoon I was having withdrawals from the site.

I was proctoring National Testing for a group of EMT's in a neighboring town and I have to say my scenario was in a computer lab. We tried turning on a couple of the computers (in between candidates) but they were password protected so no dice.

Boy am I glad to be home! And yes I am Woman. My nickname at work is "the Mothership".

PS Hmmm John, do I need to watch you closely?

Welcome to hydroracer, we hope you enjoy your visit.

            Teresa, you sound amazing!!!
And don't worry about John, he is almost as old as me so I doubt if he can run too fast. Also, he just started in this racing business. At his age he should know better! I do wonder about his mental stability though.
As Executive Director of AOF for 12 years, and now the USTS Referee, believe me, I have been called every name in the book. When things are going good, you won't hear a word. (I am sure Dan filled you in on that). But when in a rough patch, then the rumbling begins. Just make a game out it. Of course, that is assuming that there will be rough patches. Sounds like you will keep control and won't experience anything but good.
I don't know about anyone else, but I am so excited about the future of Hydroracer with the Montana Group in charge. Of course we will miss Dan (the father of my granddaughter), but I think he will still be around. It gets in your blood, and whether you are racing or helping, it is just a good life.
PS. Teresa, I know what you mean bout not wanting to race. I raced a few times. Came in last in every race. I was in an A stock runabout, never got it on plane, according to my husband. I thought I was going a 100 mph. Speed and water are not for me as a participant. I like making my noise on the bank.
            Anyway, love ya ,

              UIM 700 results

Just learned from Europe that the 2009 world champion in 700 is Attila Havas with Tiziano Trombeta second. Race was up for grabs as Tiziano's motor had a bad plug in final heat placing him second over all. Congratulations to Attila Havas for a job well done with VRP power. I here that the top three places were VRP power maybe more
