Wings in 5 if they get healty. Is there a team as strong as the wings? They just won an elimination game without 3 defense men their best face off man and a guy nominated for 3 league awards. The wings are just scary good.

I like the depth of the Pens but their best D-man is hurt. Maybe next year for the Pens.

Come one guys - the 2 best offensive players in the game in Sid and Gino and red hot Fleury between the pipes & a great defense sysytem in front of him.

If you are on the playground and everyone tosses there stick in the middle everyone hopes they get to play with Sid and Gino, but if you are playing for the cup you want number 5 (Lidstrom) and 13 (datsyuk) on your team.

I just hope they are healthy. I will give the pens props for gelling at the right time. Kuntz and Gurien really helped.

growing up downriver (detroit) i took it for granted the coney island on every corner.... how i would kill now for a plate full of coneys.... ya can't even buy a copy here in portland. remember the dreaded yell, "CAAARRRRR" and every kid grabbing the net our dad's made for us out of PVC to let that stupid neighbor drive bye.... ****.... almost brings a tear....

I have to listen to the game on the radio and not on the 110in diagonal HD at the house. I almost said Augusta Sunday only!

If the wings just play a good game they win....pens must get the calls and the bounces to win.

Everyone loves to hate the wings but everyone still watches the game because it is a good product. Did you see Datsuk leave Crosby in the first row of seats from an absolutely sick turning toe drag? The pens are the best of the east and the ducks are better than the pens.

Bill was playing at the Joe a year ago the weekend of Grass Lake. Some of the Red Wings were coming in for their pre-season physicals so the kids got to meet some of them. He said if you saw Datsyuk without his hockey stuff on, you'd never think he could be such a great player. I keep thinking of that every time I watch him play. Then I see Malkin & Crosby elbowing to the face, butt-ending and slashing.
