He asking 1 billion...So, here is the chance of a lifetime...Everyone on HR chip in a little and we can pull this off...Buy the track with stands for 50,000 people. Air conditioned suites that can rent for big bucks....

Dig out all the base they used to the hay burners, to a 6' depth and transition the walls to create a sandy beach shore for launching. Fill that bad boy with water and have boat races every weekend... It's a 1 mile track, with 5 buoy turns, and they sell beer in the stands.....


The center would be left with grass for the pits.
