At least it is too cold to snow there. we just got about 3 feet of snow over the last two days. We are right on the NYS trail, the trails are all groomed and it is snowmobile mayhem here. Sounds like a bee hive outside.Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most.

I had to do this....
53° all night, will hit 70° today, but might rain. Sky is gray today, great weather to take landscape and neon hydro pictures in.

Hello Twisted Sister!
Quit complaining! Here a few shots of my last visit to Boston; tied up at General Ship in South B. (Last year... maybe two years ago.) Boston always seems cold to a Yankee fan!
Hope all is well.

I know we're just pikers up here when it comes to winter weather (we specialize in earthquakes ), but we've been in the twenties since Friday night, and have 8 inches of snow, topped by a quarter inch of ice, and then another six inches of snow - and it's still snowing. Hasn't been a storm like this since the seventies. Hey - anybody ever used an A hydro as a snow sled?Mike Johnson

Hey Mike, where are the pics? Just a couple!
OK I'll start! All taken on Thursday, before we really got hit in the NW! Measured about 20 inches this morning. And more to come. No whining here, I am at work! The mail must go through!

we are not in S.Cal anymore Dorothy! Sure makes it difficlut to get down to my shop with 18" snow blocking the path! Now, all I HAVE to do is work in the shop..............ooh, maybe this snow has a benefit!
PS: yes, that is an old Merc 1000 sitting by the shop door with the snow build up!Attached FilesDaren

lol I would rather walk though 18 inches of snow than have an inch of ice covering everything. The snow is alot softer and provides better traction than ice.
Gene have you taken any pictures of the ice?
