Nov. 26th, 2008, 30-50 MPH winds that day. The light tower on the left pier head is 25'+ tall. Waves were breaking over the top of it.

Former Race Site ?

Just took this sunrise 5 minutes ago...

Kingston TN, we used to race the Mod Nat's there for many years. Is this the same lake ? I really miss all the weekends spent in Kingston and Soddy Daisy. Back in the hay days it was a wild good time.

Kingston TN - Yes the former Race Site

The lake in the photo is the same lake where races were held. I live on the lake about 2 miles by water from the race site. The only races in Kingston now are outboard dragboats on the fourth of July.

i looked outside saturday evening and thought "wow is that a pretty sky". i took these from my front porch..... amazing how life and all the daily crap can seem so small. merry christmas everybody....

If you see Warren Hill and Debbie tell them the Mason's say hey. I spent just about every birthday in my youth at that lake at the Nat's. Many fond memories there, so many.
