      AVON is for Puffs!

Real men moisturize with a mixture of methanol and lower unit lube. It has a nice scent and it keeps the skeeters away!

        My apologies

Sorry, Bill, when I said to check out the men's store, I meant cologne's, tools, and men's gadgets. I didn't know you were going to go straight to the moisturizers! I'll be more specific the next time

          Bugs

What do you recommend for the little invisible creatures down here
          in Florida?
I was told Avon had a product that worked better than bug repellant.

Hope to see you guys in Jesup if there is a fall race.

Russ...try Avon's "Skin So Soft". It worked great for us on a trip down the ICW some years ago.

Bug Guard makes the Bugs go away!!

The mosquitos here in Louisiana are HORRIBLE!!! Lots of people use the Skin So Soft original bath oil. It works great. We also have Skin So Soft Bug Guard plus expedition with SPF 30. That is the ONLY thing I use and it keeps the bugs off of me. When we went to Centralia, them little invisible bugs, knats, were eating us alive until I sprayed on the BUG GUARD. That was my best friend all weekend. I will have lots of it in Ponca City. Y'all should try to make the Ponca City, OK race!

Thanks for the information Patsy & 121M.

I will have my wife check out the on line store and get some.

I was going to ask this question when I saw your post on BRF but I guess there is an issue.

                  Thanks!

Thank you so much, Russ. Let me know if I can help you or your wife with anything else. I think you will be pleased with either of these products. Also, the SSS Bath Oil is good for keeping flies off of your pets. I put some on my dogs after there bath and it keeps them smelling great with a nice shiny coat, plus the flies stay off of them. I have some customers who use it on their horses also.

might have to try bath oil for bugs . . .

Right now Milady slathers "Front Line" on me every month.

This year I have noticed that our Lab gets scabs in the area that we put the front line on. I think I will try the SSS if it keeps fleas and ticks off too. Does it do the job for those too?
LOL Bill I Guess my problem is the lack of methanol, the gear lube alone just doesn't seen to work!

My lab mix (hydro) use to scratch a lot and since I started using the SSS, she don't scratch too much anymore. As for keeping the fleas off, I personally think it would, but we use K-9 Advantix.

Fuel prices are outragious right now. My AVON funds help us get to the races!! This picture was last year. Bill Bracken, Dave Tuttle, and Hal Broomes got a new boat and we don't have pictures with the new AVON decal, but we will in Ponca City. I will post those after the race!! Thanks for having a little fun with this post!
